The Growth Scorecard tool provides a month-on-month overview to see how your business metrics are tracking by stage of the Customer Value Journey. The metrics in this document must be easy to track, include no vanity metrics, and include no more than the recommended 3 metrics per stage. Let's keep things simple, systemised, and easy to document.
