Brand messaging refers to the underlying value proposition conveyed and the language used in your content. It’s what makes your customers relate to your brand because it’s inspirational, persuasive, and motivational. Ultimately, it makes customers want to buy from you, as well as, understand ‘Why’ you offer your product or service.

Chilli has documented the 'bones' of what was discussed in the workshop, however, it is up to your team to finalise your Brand Messaging document.
